How Agentic Clawlett Works on OpenClaw

Clawlett is not only a telegram trading wallet, but also powerful trading wallet agent built for OpenClaw. Here’s how it was built:

1. Safe + Roles Module

Built on Safe — the most trusted multisig in crypto. The human owns the key. The agent gets scoped permissions through a Zodiac Roles module: it can trade, but it can never withdraw to itself. The agent can ONLY call approved swap functions (ZodiacHelpers, KyberSwap Router, CoW Relayer). It CANNOT transfer tokens out of the Safe, change settings, or add/remove owners.

2. ERC-8004 for Identity

Every Clawlett agent gets a verifiable on-chain identity via ERC-8004 providing a reputation system. Other protocols and agents can verify who they are interacting with. Identity enables trust, trust enables collaboration.

3. x402 for Payments

Clawlett integrates x402 - Coinbase's open standard for HTTP-native payments. Agents can pay for services and accept payments per request. This is how agents transact in the real economy.

How to set up Clawlett on OpenClaw

Just Open the @clawlettbot on telegram, fund it & start trading.

Two swap engines available:

KyberSwap (default) — optimal routes across DEXs
CoW Protocol — MEV-protected batch auctions (Base only)

Supported Chains

Base — KyberSwap, CoW Protocol, Trenches token trading
BNB Chain — KyberSwap swaps + balance checking

Security Model

Safe holds all funds, agent wallet only has gas
Zodiac Roles restricts operations to trading only
No transfers or withdrawals possible, agent cannot move funds out
Common tokens resolve to verified addresses only (scam protection)
Agent never executes without explicit user confirmation
